Multi-frame super-resolution benchmark with 200 sequences. Each sequence: 31 LR Plate_crop frames + 1 Pseudo_GT (HR reference) = 32 frames. Total 6,400 frames. Korean plates with digit-only labels (charset 0-9). Includes Homography_Transformation and Select_ROI coordinates.

Resolution: LR 32x64 -> HR 256x512 px
